We want you to be 100% satisfied with your etnies gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn footwear or apparel back into its original box or bag, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
